We collect only the information necessary for the operation of the app:User Information: Email address (for authentication) and a user-selected display name.App Data: Information related to fishing competitions, such as caught fish species, lengths, weights, and photos uploaded to the competition.Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, and potential crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix crashes and improve app stability.3. How Do We Use Your Information?
The information is used solely to provide the features of the Fisukisa app, such as updating leaderboards, calculating competition metrics, and enabling team features for boat crews. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We use trusted third-party services to operate our app. Data is stored securely on their servers:Google (Firebase): User authentication, database (competitions and catches), and image storage.RevenueCat: Management of in-app purchases and subscriptions (the actual payment processing is always handled directly by Apple or Google; we do not see or store your payment card details).5. User Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to your data or request its deletion. You can delete your user account and all associated data (including catch photos and messages) at any time directly from the app's settings menu.

By downloading and using the Fisukisa app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.2. Purpose of the App and User Conduct
Fisukisa is designed for organizing recreational fishing competitions and logging catches. As a user, you agree that:You will not upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content (including explicit or unsuitable images) to the app.You will respect the rules of the competitions and only enter truthful and accurate catch data into the leaderboards.You are solely responsible for all information and content shared through your account.We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content or block access to the app for users who violate these rules.3. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Some features of the app may require a paid subscription. In-app subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time from the app store settings on your device.4. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by technical issues (for example, lost results from an ongoing fishing competition).5. Changes to the Terms
